My name is Scott Kenny. I have a Master of Arts with Honours (M.A.) degree in psychology, from Edinburgh University.
I also have Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) qualifications and experience.
I was a college lecturer teaching Health Psychology for 28 years.
I have an anxious personality. Most of the time it’s not something that interferes with my life. Over the years I have learnt what suits me and what doesn’t.
However at one time my stress levels were high, and I experienced anxiety and panic attacks.
During one of the panic attacks I discovered how to control it. From then on, each time a panic attack reared its ugly head I caught it before it overwhelmed me.
With my knowledge of psychology I understood what was occurring.
